3. Who conducts the consultations?
  • Consultations are conducted by a qualified UK-based GP who has extensive
    experience in Family health, women’s health and Education. We’re passionate about
    empowering individuals to become the best version of themselves.
4. What is your refund and cancellation policy?
  • We offer a very lenient cancellation and refund policy. You can cancel or reschedule
    your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or to book
    an alternative slot.
5. How are consultations conducted?
  • All consultations are primarily conducted via WhatsApp video calls due to the
    platform’s universal availability and ease of use.
6. What happens if I miss the call from Zan Center?
  • The doctor will call at your scheduled appointment time. If the call is unanswered, you
    will receive a WhatsApp message reminding you of the call. The doctor will attempt to
    contact you twice more within a five-minute interval. If the call remains unanswered
    after three attempts, your case will be closed. Your appointment slot is considered used, and your payment will not be refunded. 
7. What if my WhatsApp call does not connect due to network issues?
  • If WhatsApp video calls fail to connect due to network problems, we will attempt to
    reach you through a regular audio call (no caller ID) on your provided local phone
    number. Please ensure you attend to calls from unknown numbers during your
    scheduled appointment time.
8. Can I book appointments from outside Pakistan?
  • You can book Doctor mentorship programme from anywhere in the world. Medical
    consultations are currently limited to residents of Pakistan only.
9. How can I book an appointment and make payment?
  • Appointments can be booked directly through our website. We offer easy payment
    options, including QR code scanning through your banking app (e.g., Easypaisa,
    JazzCash, or any mobile banking app). Alternatively, you can pay by direct bank
    transfer; our bank account details are provided on the appointment page.
